Before I even begin, I want to make it clear that I am perfectly safe, but the most important thing is that I am just ME.
I thought I would give you some little tips that have been very useful to me and are good to remember during times when we are more vulnerable...especially in our society where everything has to be perfect.
- Give YOUR opinion , not the one the other person wants to hear simply for fear of displeasing them. (God knows I've done that a lot)

Respect your values (for example: If doing something is important to you, but for X reasons you are with someone for whom it is not, do not go against your values simply to conform to them since it is you who will be unhappy & not them)

Do what YOU love (It is true that sometimes we do less pleasant things but you know we can find pleasure in practically everything, you just have to see it differently)
- Aim for balance: Work-Love-Family-Friends-leisure (as for me, you could be a MULTI-MILLIONAIRE & it wouldn't be mission accomplished. Money doesn't give you family or friends...) Aim for balance instead.
I know that it's not always easy, but you just have to try to apply these little tips to realize how much of a difference they make.
