Return policy :
We care about customer satisfaction. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy for all purchases made on our online store. Merchandise can only be returned to our warehouse. Regardless of the reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, except for merchandise that is not eligible for returns as described below, you can return the item(s) directly to our warehouse. Any refund will be issued to the original payment method or by credit note. Please note that an amount of $12.99 + applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund.
The following requirements must be met in order for an item to qualify for a merchandise refund:
- The purchase was made within 30 days
- The merchandise is in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery.
- The merchandise is unworn.
- The merchandise is unused.
- The merchandise has not been washed.
- The merchandise is undamaged.
- The merchandise is in its original packaging with its tags attached.
- The merchandise must be as clean as when it was shipped to you and not be accompanied by any unusual odors or pet hair/makeup/deodorant etc.
- The merchandise MUST NOT be on sale, any specials, clearance or any promotions. (It is important to note that purchases made on Black Friday / Boxing Day etc. are FINAL SALES)
- Swimwear / underwear / bottoms are NOT exchangeable and NOT refundable (sports tops are considered underwear)
- LOU HOME SECTION / LOU ACCESSORIES / LOU FRAGRANCE NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE
- Please note that if an item in your order is broken, a replacement will be made for it.
Please note that WILL&YOU reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the requirements as indicated in the return policy. The package will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
Clearance merchandise, gift cards, personalized merchandise, accessories such as headbands, BLACK FRIDAY sales, and PRE-ORDERS are final sales. Swimwear / underwear / bottoms are NOT exchangeable and NOT refundable / LOU HOME SECTION / LOU ACCESSORIES / LOU FRAGRANCE are NOT EXCHANGEABLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE. All these exceptions are therefore final sales.
Merchandise that is final sale cannot be returned for a refund .
NON-REFUND CLAUSE FOR REPLACEMENT SHIPMENTS.
In the event that the customer selects the option without signature and the package is registered as delivered but is reported as lost or stolen and we have no photo proof of delivery, we will return a new package to you. If the items are no longer available, you will be given a credit for the amount of your purchase.
However, if a second shipment is returned to you, please note that this will not be eligible for a refund but only for an exchange or a credit note provided that the return conditions are met.
Please note that if we receive your return within 30 days (from the date of purchase), your return will be treated as a 2nd life which means that a different amount to that initially paid (corresponding to 50% of the amount that we will sell the product) will be sent to you by ''gift card / credit'' on our online store.
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
- Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization Form https://infowillnyou.myreturnscenter.com/
- Once the return merchandise authorization is approved, you will receive by email the confirmation number and the document that will explain the return process to you.
- Pack the product in its original condition and remember to include the invoice as proof of purchase.
- Drop off the package at the post office nearest you.
