Recall of the Hoodie LUCY (child) -Floral- and Hoodie SAM (child) models and the spring sets ANNA, BIANCA, HUGO and ALBERT models

Will&You is announcing a recall of the Hoodie LUCY (child) -floral- and Hoodie SAM (child) models and a recall of the spring sets ANNA, BIANCA, HUGO and ALBERT models due to the drawstring at the waist or bottom of these outerwear garments. The drawstring design does not meet the requirements of the Canadian guidelines for drawstrings and poses a risk of being dragged by a vehicle.

Will&You asks you to immediately remove the drawstring so that your outerwear complies with Canadian requirements.

Instructions for the Hoodie SAM (children's) model hoodie and HUGO ET ALBERT spring sets : To remove the drawstring, you will need to cut the drawstring and the straps that secure the self-locking barrels to the hem of the outer garment. You will then need to pull one end of the drawstring until it is free from the hem of the outer garment.

Instructions for the Hoodie LUCY (child) –Floral- model hoodie: To remove the drawstring, you will need to pull the self-locking barrel to completely remove it from the drawstrings and then you will need to pull on one end of the drawstring until it is free from the hem of the outer garment.

Instructions for the ANNA and BIANCA spring sets : To remove the drawstring, you will need to pull on one end of the drawstring until it is free from the hem of the outer garment. If necessary, you can cut the ends to make it easier to remove the drawstring.

Will&You announces a recall of the Hoody LUCY (kids) – Floral – and Hoody SAM (kids) hoodies and a recall of the ANNA, BIANCA, HUGO and ALBERT spring sets due to the drawstring located at the waist or bottom of these outerwear garments. The drawstring design does not meet the requirements of Canadian drawstring guidelines and presents a risk of being dragged by a vehicle.

Will&You is asking that you immediately remove the drawstring so that your outerwear complies with Canadian requirements.

Procedure for Hoodie SAM (kids) and HUGO AND ALBERT spring sets : To remove the drawstring, you will need to cut both the drawstring and the straps by which the cord locks are attached to the hem of the outerwear garment. Then pull on one end of the drawstring until it is released from the hem of the outerwear garment.

Procedure for Hoodie LUCY (kids) – Floral : To remove the drawstring, you will need to first pull the cord locks all the way out of the drawstrings and then pull one end of the drawstring until it is released from the hem of the outerwear garment.

Procedure for ANNA and BIANCA spring sets : To remove the drawstring, pull one end of the drawstring until it is free from the hem of the outerwear. If necessary, you can cut the ends of the drawstring to facilitate removal.
